Amanda Wadley is a licensed professional counselor providing evidence-based therapy and assessment for children and families. Amanda obtained her masters degree in clinical psychology from Georgia Southern University. She has clinical training in psychological testing, group and individual therapy, and intensive partial hospitalization treatment. Amanda’s post-graduate experience includes providing therapy to address emotional and behavioral difficulties in a school-based alternative school setting as well as 15 years conducting therapy with individuals and groups ranging in age from early childhood to geriatric populations. In her current role at Savannah Behavioral Pediatrics, Amanda provides brief assessments (e.g., developmental and ADHD screenings) as well as evidence-based Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), which includes parents and caregivers as vital partners in improving child behavior and adjustment. Amanda and her husband, Kevin, have two children.
