This course was so helpful to me, I had a foster child that touched my last nerve and terrified my grand children with his abusive behaviors. I wish I had know some of this information then which would of made life easier for us both I think
It helped to validate what I have been helping others with as it pertains to grief and loss.

This course was a good match for me because I have 3 close family members who was dearest to me. I just didn't know how to cope at all. I had just started trying to accept the fact that they are gone but they still have a big space in my heart, I lost my step daughter. This course have give me so many interesting coping skills not only for self but for foster children.
Audio not really quality… but good info.
