My name is Cindy Robinson and I am the founder of The Kid Factory as well as a Board Certified Integrative Life Coach. I specialize in working parents, teens, and young adults who are on a journey to heal or understand themselves on a deeper level. Rather than just give advice, I love to connect clients with their intuition and help them begin their journey towards healing through self-understanding and self-compassion.
Read the information below to see who I am a good fit for, as well as my style of practice. I have nearly a decade of training; including licenses, certifications, workshops, mentorships, research, and more that I use to create my own style of practice that is unique and intentional. It is my passion and my purpose to stay on top of leading-edge research and tools for how humans best thrive, not just survive.

What does working with me look like?
Step 1: Reach out to me  – we will chat for about 30 minutes (at no charge) and discuss whether I am the right fit. If I am not the best fit I will refer you to another professional…. I have a wonderful referral network of fantastic people!
Step 2: If you decide to schedule with me, we will discuss what your care plan will be. The length of time a client sees me varies and is totally individualized, however most of my clients see me for an average of 12 sessions (at a rate of $85 per 1 hr session). Coaching is designed to be different from therapy, in that it is typically more appropriate for people who do not need long-term support. What your sessions will look like also varies from client to client, but here are some methods I often utilize in my practice:
-
in-person sessions (meet at either my office at West Milford Farm or at a local park or trail for walk-and-talk)
-
virtual sessions are also available (for long-distance clients)
During sessions I often use these methods:
-
walk-and-talk
-
guided meditation
-
emotional clearing
-
restorative yoga
-
the use and discussion of physiology of your brain and body, neuroscience, genetics, and other scientific research that is relevant to your healing process
