Our initiatives focus on providing essential life skills training and support services to empower disabled adults. We offer a comprehensive range of programs, including personal care assistance, transportation services, health and wellness support, counseling sessions, social activities, volunteer opportunities, community outings, peer support groups, advocacy campaigns, and educational workshops. Through these initiatives, we aim to enhance the independence and quality of life for disabled adults in Atlanta.

Our target beneficiaries are disabled adults who seek a community-based living environment. They may require assistance with daily living activities, transportation, or in home care.
Their needs include affordable housing, access to supportive services, ongoing life skills training, in-home nursing services, and opportunities for social interaction and community engagement. They may face challenges such as poverty, discrimination, safety issues at home or in public, limited transportation options, and difficulty finding suitable healthcare, jobs, housing or support staff.
