As a child and family therapist, I specialize in supporting children ages 3–10 and their caregivers as they navigate mental health challenges, behavioral concerns, emotional dysregulation, self-esteem issues, and social skill development. My work is grounded in Child-Centered Play Therapy, a developmentally appropriate, evidence-based approach that helps children express themselves, process experiences, and build coping skills through the natural language of play. I believe that every child has an inner wisdom, and with the right environment, they can grow, heal, and thrive.
In addition to working directly with children, I’m passionate about empowering caregivers. Through Parent Coaching using the Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT) model, I help caregivers build stronger, more connected relationships with their children. Together, we focus on increasing emotional intelligence, creating collaborative communication, setting age-appropriate boundaries, and using encouragement to promote a child’s confidence and sense of capability.
