Cost: $250

This service includes a comprehensive review of your child’s educational records, IEP documents, and educational evaluations. Based on specialized training and expertise in special education law, you’ll receive tailored recommendations. Includes a 1-hour virtual consultation to review findings and next steps.

Retainer Advocacy

Cost: $800 Retainer (billed at $100/hour)

This ongoing service includes everything in the IEP Audit, plus direct advocacy support. The $800 retainer serves as a deposit, billed against at a rate of $100 per hour. Services include virtual attendance at IEP meetings, weekly access via email for questions, ongoing communication with school and district staff, and consistent monitoring of IEP progress throughout the year. Once the retainer is used, additional hours are billed at $100/hour.

Conflict Resolution

Cost: $200/hour

This service supports families facing disagreements with the school or district. As a trained parent advocate (not an attorney), I assist in preparing for and participating in resolution meetings, mediation with the county, and filing state complaints or due process requests when appropriate. The goal is to protect and advocate for the educational rights of your child, ensure your voice is heard, and support you in understanding your rights under IDEA and state law.
