The Educational Programming, Assessment and Consultation Unit (EPAC) provides comprehensive academic support services focusing on the educational well-being of children and youth in foster care. Our Overall goal is to improve the academic success of children and youth (ages 5 to 17) in the custody of the Department of Family and Children Services by minimizing school disruptions, improving educational stability,  and increasing grade promotion and graduation rates.
