Ellie received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Georgia and her Master of Psychology from Augusta University. Following her internship at LifeStance, formerly Families Forward, she decided to stay on as a therapist. Ellie loves working with people of all ages. She has worked with patients who experience anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, anger management, mood dysregulation, low self-esteem, and PTSD. She also has training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Ellie prioritizes creating an empathetic environment to strengthen the therapeutic relationship. She takes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychoanalysis, and humanistic modalities to best fit each client. Ellie believes in providing the tools, skills, and support each patient needs to thrive.
