Jaylee is a counselor trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) with a passion for helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and generational family patterns. She holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Faulkner University and is a practicing Christian who values creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for clients from all backgrounds. With a calm and grounded presence, Jaylee works to make the therapy experience approachable—especially for those who may feel anxious about taking the first step. She believes healing happens in the context of connection and strives to make clients feel at ease from the moment they walk through the door. Incorporating EMDR into her work, Jaylee helps clients process unresolved experiences that may be affecting their present life—whether from trauma, painful memories, or stuck emotional patterns. She takes a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy, helping clients grow in self-understanding, break out of old cycles, and move toward meaningful change. When she’s not in the therapy room, you can find her enjoying time with friends and family, finding new coffee shops, or taking time to rest and recharge. Jaylee is currently accepting new clients.
