Ms. Brauda has been a Licensed Professional Counselor, (LPC) for over 10 years. She received both her B.S. in Psychology and M.S. in Clinical Psychology from Georgia Southern University. Prior to joining Statesboro Psychiatric Associates, Ms. Brauda lived in Savannah where she worked in private practice, and served as the Clinical Director of a non-profit organization devoted to providing mental health services to underprivileged members of the community including survivors of domestic abuse and families in need of crisis intervention. Ms. Brauda also has experience in government and hospital mental health settings. Kimberly enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults and couples in both individual and group therapy. Her therapeutic style is person-centered, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Through the counseling process, Ms. Brauda strives to help people of all ages navigate and overcome life challenges. Ms. Brauda brings with her a unique and layered skill-set, and she looks forward to helping others and to sharing her experience and expertise.
