Kristin K. Bloodworth
A seasoned litigator, Kristin joined the firm in September 2021. Kristin began her legal career as a Superior Court staff attorney in the Augusta Judicial Circuit, before entering private practice with a general litigation firm. In private practice, she managed business litigation, personal injury, products liability, adoptions, and domestic relations matters.

Kristin worked closely with the Georgia Division of Family & Children Services (DFCS) in the Augusta area to help children find their forever homes in Columbia County, Richmond County, and Burke County.
After a family move to Texas, Kristin served as a Judicial Law Clerk with the United States Magistrate Court for the Western District of Texas. She then became a government civil litigator, first as a Bexar County Assistant District Attorney (Civil Division) in San Antonio and later as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Texas.
During her government service, Kristin represented federal and state agencies in civil litigation regarding torts, constitutional violations, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission claims, civil rights, and immigration matters.
