I began my work in mental health in 2014 as a Certified Peer Specialist, inspired by my own journey with my father and the healing power of relationships. From 2016 to 2018, I served as Social Services Director for a day treatment program, then as Housing Coordinator supporting people through complex transitions. I shifted into clinical therapy in 2019 and became fully licensed last year. I’ve supported clients facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and grief, and am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and trained in EMDR. My approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from DBT, CBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, narrative work, psychodynamic theory, Internal Family Systems, and strengths-based care. I believe in meeting clients with compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. Outside of therapy, I love reading, singing, dancing, true crime shows, comedy, and time with my Yorkiepoo, Biggie Smalls. I bring warmth, authenticity, and humanity into every session.
