Sessions with me will be driven by client input, and together, we will develop solutions that work for you and your life. Some of the interventions I use include play therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I also can offer sessions online or in person, whichever best suits you and your needs.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
Interventions I typically use the most include DBT, CBT, solution-focused, and at times, play therapy, as well as a variety of styles that might be needed during our sessions.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
My biggest areas of expertise are assisting individuals with processing and identifying their feelings. I do not like to tell you how you “should” feel, or even to talk you out of the feelings you are having. Instead, I would rather assist you in processing, identifying, and learning to cope with the feelings you are having.
