Multidiscipline Frontline Responder Training: Child Abuse Protocal
About Course
The purpose of the protocol is to (1) ensure coordination and cooperation between all agencies involved in a child abuse case so as to increase the efficiency of all agencies handling such cases, (2) to minimize the stress created for the allegedly abused child by the legal and investigatory process, and (3) to ensure that more effective treatment is provided for the perpetrator, the family, and the child, including counseling. The goal of establishing a written protocol is to ensure a uniform multi-disciplinary response to child abuse and neglect. This webinar will explain all the ins and outs, what it includes, and how to ensure an effective CAP.
