This was good information
This helped me a lot with communicaiton.
The course was informative but the buttons to complete gets stuck and don't allow the complete to appear but until several clicks.
Good information. It helps the learner to remember that there are more than one person in the convo and that we must be mindful of how we say things.

Ms. Dianne Kelly was so informative in her presentation that it allowed me to concentrate on the many ways that I had or might have escalated a situation when having a conversation with my teenagers. As parents we have to admit when we are wrong, when we escalate instead of de-escalating a situation, and when we can honestly say that we could have done better when communicating with our children/foster children. I feel that every parent or foster parent should take this course.
Good information.
