In this workshop, participants will explore trauma among foster care children and will learn effective strategies to addressing concerns, within the context of building and maintaining positive relationships in the family system. During our time together, we will examine trauma and will specifically explore treatment/ solutions for parents.

I learned a lot from this lesson. There were many things that I did not know in regards to helping an adoptive child cope. Yet I do understand the hoarding food aspect of it, since I have experienced that with my own child.
