The course was great, however the website and course completion instructions were difficult and confusing. The mobile app did not correspond with the website available on PC or Mac.

I enjoy the classes because there is always something to learn. There is always a different way to better your techniques as well.

I liked the videos. I feel like they may be good to show to kids. It also gave me insight on past placements (child having trauma about car rides-possibly because he had a panic attack in a car once or how helping kids identify those anxious thoughts and stopping them in their tracks can help them avoid those huge explosions).

The course contained important information, but when a virtual meeting runs over time (as this one did) that negatively impacts the amount of time we get to spend with our children (on top of working full time and already losing that time daily with our children) and that can also negatively impact the children’s bedtime routine.
This was good information and lead to getting some good resources.
