I was expecting it to be about helping or understanding my foster kids, not fixing something about myself. Adding "self-care" to the title somehow might have given me a better expectation of what the course was about.

I love the learning about patterns of behavior in different type of children

Facilitator struggled to deliver message at times. Also, suggest reducing amount of words on slides. Should be more concise and then facilitator elaborate during discussion.
