About Course

On average, the human mind has between 10,000 and 50,000 thoughts per day. Naturally, some of these thoughts will be intrusive—those unwanted and often negative thoughts that seem to pop up randomly. Learn what intrusive thoughts are and how to cope with them.

It was informative and many ways. It's good to have a method of what intrusive thoughts consist of and to know that it does not mean that someting is wrong with you.

I felt that the instructor went through the intrusive thought process rather quickly. The scenarios were well-formed. I would have liked to have had more time to explore more nuance in the scenarios.
Useful for anyone- foster child, adult, or anyone else with any type of major life experiences.
