I am a professional counselor and Certified Natural Health Professional. In my practice, I strive to help individuals reach their goals using a personable, down-to-earth, and collaborative approach. I have worked with clients addressing issues including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, ADHD, disordered eating, relationship concerns, communication difficulties, stress, career planning/exploration, spirituality, diet/health and fitness concerns. In addition, I have been certified as a yoga instructor for over a decade and enjoy teaching clients of all ages techniques to help them better relax, focus, and improve present moment awareness. Recognizing the uniqueness of each individual, my approach is tailored according to the client. I employ a variety of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness as well as Motivational Interviewing.
