SISTERS IN THE L.I.T.E.: Everyone will learn how to sustain a healthy weight by making lifestyle changes. We will be using “Bodyworks – A Toolkit for Healthy Girls & Strong Women” created by the Office on Women’s Health, as the curriculum.
