I have been in private practice for almost 20 years and have worked with a variety of mental health issues. I feel my strongest skills are in dealing with anxiety and obsessive thinking. I have developed a technique that blends cognitive and behavioral therapy with thought-stopping, relaxation and visualization.I see patients of all ages and with many mental health issues. I was a school psychologist for 10 years before getting my PhD. At least half of my practice consists of young people, and I find they are often the most exciting and challenging to work with.
