Individual counseling consists of 45 – 50 minute sessions with an Associate or Licensed Professional Counselor or Social Worker. Individual counseling can be extremely beneficial for personal.

Couples Counseling consist of 45-90-minute sessions with an Associate or Licensed Professional Counselor or Social Worker. Couples sessions assist all types of couples with areas of concerns.

Family counseling consists of 45-50 minutes sessions with an Associate or Licensed Professional Counselor or Social Worker. Family sessions involve two or more members of the family

Group counseling consists of 60- 90 minute sessions with an Associate or Licensed Professional Counselor or Social Worker. Groups are typically 6-8 people focused on a certain topic or presenting problem.

Substance abuse or addiction can cause negative effects in a person’s life, causing harm to one’s body, mind, and interpersonal relationships. At times, substance use can become substance abuse.

Substance abuse counseling is individual or group counseling geared to helping clients overcome substance dependence. Our office provides these services on an outpatient basis.

Education Support is offered to parents and children. It consists of 45 – 50 minutes sessions with a trained professional. It involves specific services to assist individuals with social and emotional problems.

Behavior Modification is an intervention that seeks to alter or adjust behavioral patterns. This intervention is typically used for children and adolescents.

Life Coaching is different from counseling. It consists of 60-minute sessions, that are geared towards a specific goal, typically related to personal growth and achievement.

Parenting

Whether you are a new parent, the parent of a teenager or a caregiver, these services will be beneficial in providing you with the tools to enhance your parenting abilities.

Employee Assistance

EAP counseling sessions are typically by your Employer. You will need to obtain a referral from your job and obtain a list of providers that are in network.
Anger Management Sessions are conducted in an individual and group format. Number of sessions are determined by the initial assessment. We also offer anger/violence assessment

Trauma Services

We are a trauma informed agency that specializes in treating trauma survivors. Trauma in layman terms can be defined as any event that is difficult to cope with. This can be sexual trauma, or physical and emotional.
