OUR MISSION
Together We Care honors and supports the disability community. We offer 3 pillars of support:
1. To equip organizations and faith communities to include people with disabilities
2. To provide resources to families who have children with special needs
3. To assist adults with disabilities in accomplishing their life goals

They offer finding a faith community, virtual learning groups, guardianship guidance, counseling, financial assistance, medical resources, advocacy, and therapy resources
