About Course

There are more than a quarter of a million children that have some experience and or exposure to foster care within the United States.  Over more than have of those children have been a victim or witnessed different forms of violence.  Children that have been exposed to violence typically have issues with creating healthy relationships with family members and or friends.  Also it increases the likelihood that those children will suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder, passivity or withdrawal and aggressive behavior which increases the chances of them not developing the skills that they need in order to create and maintain healthy relationships with their family and friends.  This webinar will provide tips and techniques to foster/adoptive parents that will help them to be able to develop and maintain healthy relationships with foster child.
