Learned some coping skills to use everyday to keep stress down
IT WAS A GOOD MATCH BECAUSE IT TEACHES THE IMPORTANCE OF TAKING CARE OF OURSELVES. WE FORGET ABOUT US ALOT OF TIMES. GOOD TEACHING AND INTERACTING IN SHOWING US HOW TWE SHOULD BREATHE TO RELAX OURSELVES.
