This course was a good match for me because I personally started planting a garden of vegetables for myself. It really helped my mental health because I was excited after seeing how beautiful my garden was developing. I had my foster children joined me and they were so excited to be involved in such an interesting activity. This activity kept the children busy and focused at the same time. They found a purpose of doing something that kept them out of trouble.

Lots of technical difficulties which led to a lengthy course completion time but it was informative.
