The strategies for coping with stress were realistic and achievable

It was good to get some ideas of stress relief and just to remind myself that stress can be normal and we just need to actively think about what could be causing stress and how to be proactive to reduce it so that we are being a good example for our children. Also on how to help our children reduce their stress if they have any.

We have to take care of ourselves to be able to take care of others. Stress can be negative or positive and I learn coping strategies on how to manage stress.
