Telling Their Story: Creating a Life Book or Memory Box with your Foster Children

What is a Life Book, and why are they important? You might compare a lifebook to a scrapbook for your foster child, but they are so much more important than that. They are an ongoing project that helps your child make sense of their story. They chronicle their challenges as well as highlight their achievements and accomplishments.
