Great course
Great
I have learned that we as parents are addicted to screen time just as much as our children. How can we delegate what is healthy for our family when we are just as guilty. I believe the word is called hypocrite. So, this course opened my eyes to lead by example and show our children what structured screen time is.
Awesome training & Information. Come teach us more please!
very informative and educational
Ms Nathasa Hope-Moriarity presentation was an eye-opener for mothers and foster parents. Raising children of my own I did not have this problem with my children so glue to TV and social media flatforms. Today, because technology has changed and so are the children. It is imperative that what should be emphasized is children having less screen time and more productive time engaging other important things (e.g., reading, improving your mathematical skills, writing, science, etc.) As parents it is our duty to pay attention to what and how your children spend their spare time.
Yes good match
This has been helpful with understanding the effects of screentime on not just my child, but also the students I teach and my nieces and nephews.
EXCELLENT
Awesome
Ms. Nathasa Hope-Moriarity presentation was a powerful presentation for mothers or parents to rethink how much television time children are allowed during the day. This information given showed how much unproductive time children are exposed to and what the results turn out to be for them. Therefore this is an eye opener for parents to really watch what privileges they are allowing their children to participate.
Great
Taking this course I realized I have an addiction to screen time. I will be more mindful of the time I spending on my phone. I also will not be so quick to give my granddaughter the tablet to watch cartoons. Great class.
