I like the analogy used for self care needs (flashlight, batteries etc.). Good reminders!

Yes and no it was a good match. Suggestions are good but some can't walk away for 10-15 minutes because of the age of the child. We can't go for a run outdoors. I also felt that a lot of it was duplicative just presented on a different screen. Not my favorite.

Love the idea of "pack for a trail hike" tool box. Biggest take away: schedule a 10 min break to do nothing at all and reset my brain!
