The person was well explained, but didn't see much motivation during the session
I don’t agree with the speakers thoughts of the word truth. Things are either true or not. There is no “your truth”. It might be your memory of a situation and perhaps you think it’s true but it’s being or not being true doesn’t make it truth. It is certainly possible to have an untrue thought in your mind that you would need to evaluate and move forward from. I just felt maybe the topic was too broad and thus lacked cohesiveness.
