February is Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month

This month reminds our community that healthy relationships are built on respect, communication, and boundaries. This month is a time to raise awareness about teen dating abuse including emotional, physical, and digital forms, recognize warning signs, and encourage students to look out for themselves and their friends. If you or someone you know feels unsafe or controlled in a relationship, support is available: talk to a trusted adult or school counselor, or contact the National Dating Abuse Helpline at loveisrespect.org or 1-866-331-9474 (text “LOVEIS” to 22522).

Active Parenting: First Five Years

This program is designed for parents and caregivers of children from birth to age 5. This program covers essential skills and stages of child development over six weeks, including an orientation, four modules, and a graduation ceremony.
