Training classes

Click on the live training event you would like to attend and click RSVP. This will ensure that you receive reminders and updates for the event. Once you have RSVP’d you scroll down and click the button that says Zoom Meeting/ Certificate. From there, click Enroll now and complete any prerequisites. Then click on the Lesson tab to go to the Zoom link page. There is an option to open zoom on a web browser or open in the zoom app.

Once you are done with the training, return to this spot to take the password quiz, and the post-test and then back to the course home page to download the certificate.

No. Each participant will need to have their own accounts with separate email addresses. To receive certificates each participant will need to complete the training and corresponding quizzes in their own accounts.

1. Go to “My Account”
2.  Click “Settings” on the left-hand side
3. Under your profile select “Display Setting” and select your Name

You will need to return to the Event by going to the home page, scrolling down and pressing the button for previous.

Select the training you attended and then scroll down to the button that takes you to the pre/post test and training.

This will take you to the class information page where information about the class,  training description, time and instructor is located. From here, you can select “Start Learning”.

If you took a Virtual Regional Training, there will be a pre-test. If you took this pre-test prior to the training, then you can just press next to move to the next page.

The “This training has expired” page will come up.

After completing the live training, webinar or event, select “Mark as Complete” from above the video and then “next” from below it.

This will take you to the post-test/ quiz.

After taking the post-test/quiz click on the green “X” on the top right to return to the Course Home page. From Here, you are able to view and Download Your Certificate.

Couples must complete these steps in their own accounts to receive separate certificates.

For On Demand Training’s, You will select the Webinar you would like to attend and Press “Enroll Course”.

This will take you to the class information page where information about the class, training description, time and instructor is located. From here, you can select “Start Learning”.

The On-Demand training video will come up.

After completing the live webinar or watch the video, select “Mark as Complete” from above the video and then “next” from below it.

This will take you to the post-test. You must get a score of 80% or better to gain access to the next step and will have 3 opportunities to do so.

After you receive confirmation about your quiz score click on the green “X” on the top right to return to the Course Home page. From Here, you are able to view and Download Your Certificate.

Yes. Certificates are generated only for the person that is logged in at the end of the training.
