It’s important for teens to learn how to communicate in ways that can reduce misunderstanding, build positive interactions with others, and clearly express what they mean. As teens become more independent, effective communication and negotiation skills are a must when making decisions in their lives. These skills help teens be good friends and are useful in all relationships.
