Back to school!
Ways to manage stress, schedules without burning out. We’ll look at ways to establish predictable stable and consistent schedules for your kids and establishing protective boundaries to keep from burning out. We’ll identify likely sources of burnout and what to do about it. We’ll discuss the challenges your kids may be facing as they adjust to having a schedule, missing their old schedule/old life and how to help you and them cope.
